Do to finish your week strong and maximize your weekend.

I will also include an occasional red zone rant, but not today.

The topic I want to talk about today is don't hold back.

And I'm talking about giving praise, giving props, giving compliments, giving

encouragement. You have power. No matter how down you are, how insignificant you feel,

how broke you are, or how broken things are in your own life or appear to be. You have power

to lift, to inspire, to build up, reinforce, show acceptance to, and just flat out

make someone's day.

So don't hold back.

And it doesn't matter what your age is, your color, your economic status, your religion,

you are powerful in the regard to affect the human spirit, to energize those around you, and that's what game changers do.

So, don't hold back.

Even if you're not getting the praise, the props, the compliments, and the encouragement,

don't hold back.

Do it because it's right, because you're kind, and so that someone else can be edified.

And the greatest reward is that you will feel better for not holding back.

I'll tell you, human nature is a funny thing. It's not possible to help another without also

helping yourself. So don't hold back. And let me close with this. You may not be able to add

years to your life, but you can add life to your years. And you can start now by not holding back

and affecting the human spirit of those around you.
