After 10 years of practice, Puddicombe wanted to help others understand the benefits of meditation. That’s when he met co-founder Rich Pierson, and Headspace was born. What once started as an events company, Headspace now has more than 30 million users and 1 million paid subscribers. In episode 30, we dive into the endless benefits of meditation, how to shift our perspective on failure in life, the exciting newly developed Headspace Health programming coming in 2020, and finish things off with an easy, quick meditation perfect for beginners.

| 0:08.0 | everyone from entrepreneurs to top CEOs and athletes about how they've gotten through tough times, |
| 0:14.3 | hurdles of sorts, by leaning in to wellness. Now, today I am bringing you probably one of my top five favorite hurdle of episodes |
| 0:24.2 | to date. Andy Pudicle, he is the co-founder and voice of Headspace. Now, Andy and I recorded this |

| 1:02.9 | Andy's story, a quick shout out to my sponsors. And then I will bring you the goodness uninterrupted. |

| 1:13.1 | of more than 12 servings of fruits and vegetables, athletic greens is something I look forward to |
| 1:18.5 | taking every single day. Usually I'm down in the greens powder, shake it up with about |
| 1:24.1 | 8 to 10 ounces of water right after I get back inside from my morning |
| 1:28.5 | run. And when I take it first thing in the morning, it gives me more energy. I typically reach |
| 1:33.9 | for one less cup of coffee. And I know that I'm just doing something good for my body. |
| 1:39.6 | They are offering curdle listeners a really awesome deal. It's 20 free travel packs. That's a $79 |
| 1:46.3 | value with your first purchase. Just head on over to athletic greens.com slash hurdle. |

| 2:04.3 | Next up, given a shout out to my sponsor, Whoop. |
| 2:09.8 | I was trying to explain what it is that I love about my whoop strap to a couple of friends earlier today when we were at Swerp on the Upper East Side. And the fact of the matter is, |
| 2:15.4 | is that by wearing the whoop strap, I feel like I'm just |
