I am Alanyamarongan. I am a mental health advocate, a coach, and a podcast host of When Heaven

Meets Hell, which is aimed at empowering and educating women to break free and heal from the cycles of narcissistic abuse.

On a personal level, I am a daughter, a sister, a niece, an aunt, a friend, and wear many hats.

Loved ones would describe me as confident, calm, very organized, loyal, hardworking,

and I do have a pretty good sense of humor.

I was born and raised in Bend, Oregon, not a huge town by any means.

I grew up with a very stable family. I have one older brother.

No family is perfect. It's not that we didn't have typical family stuff, but as a whole,
