my son today. She's daddy, daddy, you growing a beard again? No, no, no, it's just a few

days without shaving. I grow like a

wherewolf and out in the out in the garden building a structure. So it's been like

knee-deep in dirt and rocks and boulders and plywood and two by fours and table saws and everything else.

So I apologize, but I feel good.

I want to talk some real estate now and I want to talk about your, I want to answer

some of your questions and that's what today's episode is all about.

It's the Q&A edition of our Investing in Real Estate show and I love this time of the year as we

heading towards the holidays, you know, it is the fall of the the year I think today's the 19th so we've really hitting I think

fall is what in two days 21st or the 22nd I don't know when the fall the autumnals equinox is October fest and I love this time of the year and I think you know it's a time when we get a little cozy lights you know the sun goes down a little earlier we can curl up by the fire and we can

read a good book watch a few good YouTube videos and start educating ourselves I think

this is a good time of the year to sit down and think about what are my goals where do I want to be next year

you know in 2023 where do I want to go can I acquire that second or third rental property

of my first rental property like where how can I get my family

out of debt how can I start to build towards my freedom number and start to map out some of

those goals and wake up early before work before the kids are up and and sit downstairs and have a cup of coffee and just just journal a little bit and focus on those goals.

You know, what are the 10 things, the 10 steps that you know you need to take in order to reach that one big goal,

we'll start taking them in baby steps. You know, just start tackling that first step.

Then we can move on to the second step. So, you know, it's a change of season. It's time to reorient. It's time to get a little

motivated and it's time to start educating ourselves as we head into this fall season. I hope there's a little
