In this episode of the Ziggler Show, Tom Ziggler and I tackled the issue of happiness.

I asked the audience how in control their happiness do they feel they are.

A majority, of course, set 100%, but I actually pushed back on that.

I mean, even if you believe you have control, are you able to harness that control?

I mean, if I asked most anyone if they felt they could run a 5K in under 25 minutes,

you know, if they trained for it.

I think most would say, sure, they could achieve that, they could control that.

But can they do it right now?

Well, same here.

I mean, same.

Yes, I believe I can control my happiness.

Doesn't mean that you do that you're able to in the moment.

So is it really possible?

And we can't control circumstances, but amidst hard realities, can we, I mean, do we really

maintain control over our happiness, our core happiness?

It may not be possible in every moment, but how can we grow that possibility?

So we'll kick off with a two and a half minute message from Zig Ziglar on this issue.

Then Tom Ziegler and I will share some listener comments and talk through controlling our happiness.
