Hello everybody, welcome back once again to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton and today we are talking about one of my very favorite things.

And it's strange that it's one of my favorite things.

I'll tell you why I think it's strange in a few minutes.

But we are going to be talking about money and I'm going to take you inside my money habits,

the kind of day to day practical stuff as well as my beliefs around money and why I think

we all have a responsibility to be as financially successful as we possibly can be where I feel

people get tripped up with money, some of the biggest mistakes that people make, some

of the biggest opportunities that I see.

I'm going to give it to you all today, the tangible day to day stuff, the bigger picture

strategy stuff, the mindset stuff, all of the above.

And I actually recorded this yesterday and I got to the very end where I was literally

wrapping up at my computer crashed and I lost the whole thing and my first thought was

one of irritation and I was like, are you kidding me?

And then I thought, you know what, it's actually a good thing because it's just an opportunity

to do it better and I kind of got a rehearsal, I got to practice around and I know what

I feel like I left out or I get to think about it for one more night before I can come
