I am well, thank you. Good. We are recording this as Hurricane Irma is bearing down on Florida. So we certainly have our fingers crossed that it won't be as bad as it seems like it may be in certain places. Yeah, I think I'm watching it. You're watching it. Obviously, we're not the only ones.

Last thing I saw was it seems to be getting a little better,

but everything looks like it's going to be bad news for a lot of folks.

It does look like it's getting to be a little bit of better news for the Orlando area

as it shifts west and west and that is good

for Disney World. Speaking of Disney World, I did notice that they are again, we'll be housing

a number of people and they are again offering their box lunches. And I think some kudos go to Disney.

And last year, I think a number of people cracked on them, ourselves included, for

offering a ridiculously priced box lunch.

And it seems like this year they're offering it at like six bucks, which I think is
