Hey guys so Kathy Kirsten and I are doing a challenge in October. We are no it's not sober October. We are all already sober, but we are going to challenge ourselves to have very organized days to meal plan for the whole month of October like

starting now and we're going to compartmentalize our days we sat down today

and worked out kind of what our schedules would be like and what we needed to kind of wrangle and get under control in our day-to-day. So feel free to join us. We would love to hear from you. We would love some of your go-to meals.
