I'm back with Jocelyn and Kristen and we're talking about anxiety. I live with someone who has a lot of anxiety.

So I had a lot to say, I always have a lot to say, and so did they. I think this was a really good discussion about

anxiety and how to help your kids with it and and how to live with it and and of course many
