My name is Andrew Hunter Murray, and this week we are having a slight experiment.

We are having a one-half podcast.

There will not be a second half of the podcast.

There will instead be a bumper first half in which we're going to be talking about

all the things that were in last Times Magazine,

the things that have happened since the last issue of the magazine,

the things that have happened based on the last issue of the magazine.

I'm joined by almost everyone who works at the magazine for this issue.

We've got Helen Lewis, Adam McQueen, Jane McKenzie, and Ian Hizlop.

And so I thought it might be fun to start off,

Jane first with Rack, the concrete.

That was on the cover of the magazine, and you were on Page 94,

talking about it about four issues ago,

saying why isn't anyone paying attention to this,

and since then there has been quite a lot of attention paid to it.

Yes, absolutely.

It seems to have taken a lot of people by surprise

in the world of education, which it shouldn't,

if they, for instance, read Private Eye,

or read Health and Safety Executives Warnings,
