withdrawal agreement and the outline political declaration. The choices before us

were difficult, particularly in relation to the Northern Ireland backstop.

But the collective decision of cabinet was that the government should agree the draft withdrawal agreement and the Outline Political Declaration.

Theresa May has returned from Brussels with an EU withdrawal agreement that has angered

levers and remainers alike.

It includes a backstop that could keep us in the customs union and bound to EU rules indefinitely.

It is not just remain by another name, it is worse.

We would be bound by EU rules with no say over how they are made.

Ministers have resigned and MPs have started calling for May's resignation.

Brexit is now at a crossroads.
