Welcome back to the Quoted the Day Show. I'm your host, Sean Crox and a

Sean Crox and dot com. We got Gary Vayne nerd Chuck on the show today. He's in

a cover. Couple topics, really important topics. Number one, how you look at your

adversity. It's so important. You know, I encourage people to read

biographies and autobiographies of very successful people. Because what you

will find is chapter after chapter after chapter of adversity. That they had to

get through to become the successful person that they are because getting

through the adversities. That's that's the that's the journey. That's that's

the best part, right? Because you get to grow. But sometimes we look at our

adversity as if it's permanent that will never get out of it. That it's unique

to us that nobody's ever been through it. Nobody's ever gotten through it. But

you can get through it. You know, Rocky Balboa yesterday said, you know, life

isn't all about sunshine and rainbows. And that is a fact for everyone. She got

to be able to keep your head up and get through them because you become a

better person as you go through it. Number two, it wasn't that long ago. When

if you had an idea, if you had a business idea, if you had a product, if you had

a service, if you wanted to promote that out to the masses, it was incredibly

expensive. You maybe had to take out a big ad in the newspaper. You may have had

to do a lot of direct mail. You may have had to go into a studio and film some

stuff for TV. Very, very expensive. But times have changed. You have literally
