Sean Crox and calm. It's throwback Thursday and we're turnin' back that

clock all the way to episode number 412 for our feature speaker, Rocky Balboa.

A couple years ago, we had a full week of just classic movie motivational

speeches and this is my favorite motivational speech that has ever come from a

movie of all time. It's from the movie Rocky Balboa, which I believe is the sixth

Rocky movie and a very good movie, by the way, you'll dig it. And whenever I fill

down and out, I go to YouTube and I look up this clip because it always gets my

head right. And so I hope it's something that you can come back to over and over

and over again just to get some perspective as to just the realities of life

because life is always going to hit you. It's always going to throw your curveballs

but it's all about how hard you can get hit. How many of those curveballs you can

take and keep moving forward. Here's Rocky.
