videos. With that being said let's talk about the value of working with a real estate investing team

and how to find the right fit. Now of course I'd love to welcome you as a client at our company, Morris Invest,

but regardless of who you work with, I want to be sure that you made the right decision.

So I made a list of questions that you'll need to ask as you

research these real estate investment companies that are out there. The first

question you want to ask is do their values align with yours? What is their

mission? And does it sound like something that's going to add value to your goals?

Is their company nationwide or just in one small market? Do they understand markets and how do they know which markets are the best for investing?

What happens after you close on the property and now you own the house?

Does the company continue to support you or are you largely on your own?

What financing options do they offer?

How do they select the property management teams that will be managing the property?

How many repeat customers do they have? And can you speak with some of them if you'd like?
