myself. I'm doing the damn thing solo. No Travis here. Travis had knee surgery last week and he is

recovering super well. He is absolutely crushing it. This is, he's not, he's not new to this. This is

his second knee surgery, which makes us like

Eskimo brothers of surgery, I guess. I don't know if that's appropriate or applicable here, but he

the, this is, this is his second time. I've had two knee surgeries as well. And, and I to help him get through this. We are he's going to be going through our coaching systems to make sure that he does this the right way, which I'm pumped about. He, he took action on that too. So he is joining the Taylor transformation literally. It's funny too because I'm actually helping I post on my story today. I'm helping a client

right now. She just got done with surgery on her ACL and she's kind of working through some of the

rehab and implemented me into the mix with her PT to work on strength training and recomp. But she is also a

the world champion water ski jumper. So she is a savage. And she's getting her PhD in criminal justice.

She is an overachiever, amazing person athlete but a lot of knee surgeries over on the tailored side
