I want to make sure that what I'm about to share is very helpful.

So tell me if you can relate to these situations. You're an investor or you want to be an investor,

but you're not sure of your next step. The idea of working your W-2 job for years and years to come

makes you die a little bit inside, especially when you're not even sure that you'll have a comfortable

retirement if you manage to keep your job that long.

Or maybe you worry about your child's future and what you'll leave behind or how much you might

be missing out in your own life right now because you're working so hard.

Maybe you own rental real estate properties in your area,

but you're stressed out because you're dealing with repairs or tenant issues every week.

The properties aren't delivering the returns that you'd hope for and you're

worn out by all of the work that you're putting into them but you don't know how to

fix the situation. Or here's another scenario. You don't think you have the time to

invest in real estate and you certainly can't afford it.

The thought of trying to do it all by yourself is overwhelming and you have no idea even where to start.
