Hi this is Steve. In our last episode our guest Rachel Cushing brought up the old

0:05.0

adage that you really make a film three times. First when you write the

0:08.7

script, second when you shoot it, and then for the third and final time in the editing room. In a way the

0:14.8

same is true for every episode of the cinnophiles. The process starts with John and

0:18.8

I preparing for each episode watching the film, doing research, and perhaps most importantly, gathering our thoughts in preparation for our discussion.

1:05.1

editing room to start work on part two. Lawrence of Arabia truly is a

1:09.5

masterpiece and if you haven't seen it I highly recommend picking it up at our website cinnophiles.net.

And when you're done exploring the history of the

1:24.5

cinnophiles, be sure to come back this Friday as we continue our discussion of

1:28.9

Lawrence of Arabia with our special guest, Rachel Cushing.

I carry 23 great wounds all got in battle.

1:38.4

Seventy-five men have I killed with my own hands in battle.

I scatter, I burn my enemies, tints, I take away the flocks and herds.
