I am a long time real estate investor, founder of the company called Morris Invest, which is a full-service

rental real estate company. I saw a need in the market a number of years ago where people are trying to buy real estate in their

own backyard with ridiculously inflated prices and the

ROI didn't make sense.

When it really makes sense is to invest out of state in the best rental markets in the country.

So that's what our team does. We build new construction

properties from the ground up. We work with property management teams to

place great tenants in those properties. And our team is fantastic in

creating long-term passive income for our clients.
