| 1:37.0 | So what is the flip side of an anxious mindset? |
| 1:41.1 | A healthy mindset, and that refers to the way of thinking that leads us to growth and |
| 1:48.7 | improvement of our lives, and the people around us, a person with a healthy mindset would |
| 1:56.6 | exhibit such things as more clarity, more focus, empathy, determination, courage, hope, |
| 2:09.6 | calmness, and more. |
| 2:15.9 | But that gives you a good idea of what we are talking about as to what a healthy mindset |
