Summary

In this episode, Julie Piatt shares the hard-earned wisdom behind decades of love, transformation, and personal awakening. From surviving an abusive relationship in her twenties to building a 25-year partnership with Rich Roll, Julie reveals the “Jedi move” that changed everything for her.  Ahead, Julie opens up about the karmic relationships that shaped her path, the lessons she learned about projection, responsibility, and spiritual sovereignty, and why many women lose themselves trying to fix or rescue their partners.  We also dive into Julie’s current spiritual work, including her new teachings around creativity, sexuality, and spiritual embodiment. From mystical experiences to navigating AI, Julie offers a powerful reminder: true freedom comes from knowing yourself as a sovereign being. We also talk about: Why many women unintentionally lose themselves in relationships The difference between human love (transactional) + divine love (unconditional) How Julie’s decision to release Rich to his own life transformed their marriage Why trying to “fix” your partner often keeps them stuck The power of taking radical responsibility for your life + relationships Navigating marriage with independence, freedom, and strong boundaries Julie’s spiritual initiations + mystical experiences over the past year How creativity, sexuality, and spirituality are deeply interconnected Why maintaining energetic sovereignty is essential in a rapidly evolving world Resources: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/srimati/ Website: https://julie-piatt.mykajabi.com/ Julie's Debut Album, Manger: https://open.spotify.com/album/7c6LYvjwJAgmZsiiDrFsk4?si=l1Vp_cSORl-ZQy97-QMyjg Order our book, Almost 30: A Definitive Guide To A Life You Love For The Next Decade and Beyond, here: https://bit.ly/Almost30Book.  Sponsors: Hero Bread | Hero Bread is offering 10% off your order. 1:29.5

I don't know if I'm working more.

1:27.8

I've been a different rhythm than I was in the past. I don't know what that is. Maybe it being in a relationship, maybe it's travel, but I'm not as much in walk rhythm with people anymore. Yeah. Totally. It's very interesting. I don't know. I miss those. I miss going on walks of people. The beach walks in particular. But Venice was a little crazy. Like I think it's probably gotten a little crazier, so it gets a little dodgy. I didn't love that.
