Welcome to the investing in real estate show. I'm Clayton Morris, longtime real estate

investor. I'm the founder of the full service rental real estate company called Morris Invest.

I saw a need in the marketplace a number of years ago as people tried to find great properties

that they could turn into rental properties and they didn't know where to start,

they didn't know where to find them, they didn't know how to hire contractors and get all the lenders together and make sure that you're actually investing in the most landlord-friendly states.

And so that's what I did.

I started to build Morris Invest a number of years ago

to help those individuals.

And since then, we've done thousands of real estate deals.

So on this show, our goal is really rental real estate. I I mean that's really the crux of what we do here and what we focus on which is to build passive income

using rental real estate to create cash flow create an amazing tax shelter for you and your family,

and give you cash flow instead of, you know, waiting to the end of your life to have a pile of cash and

some sort of retirement account. The goal, of course, is to have a stream of cash in some sort of retirement account. The goal of course is to have a stream of cash coming in every month consistently. That's the goal, not a pile of 401k money at the end of the rainbow. So on this is our Q&A episode. So on these
