Summary

This housing market is a tough nut to crack. One week, rates are coming back down, buyers are gearing up to re-enter the real estate market, and investors are feeling optimistic. Then, the following week, inflation spikes, mortgage rates jump, and affordability plummets back down to a depressing level. Because of this topsy-turvy economy we find ourselves in, we get a slew of questions on almost every episode asking us to predict what will happen next. And today, the entire On the Market panel has flown out to Denver to get this live debate going. That’s right. Dave Meyer is joined by Henry Washington, James Dainard, Jamil Damji, and Kathy Fettke to pop some bottles, rock some chains (thank you, James), and give you up-to-date info on the housing market.
