Goals, man. Goals can just be oh so boring. They can be so rigid. They could be just literally so

tactical that they're uninteresting. Now for me, what I like to do is create themes. I like to

create themes for entire years. I like to create themes for decades.

You know, because when you set the tone with a theme,

yes, you have like all your tactical goals

that you know you've got to execute to reach that theme,

but boy, you throw a theme on it,

and that goal goes from rigid to exciting.
