So we have been studying the sixth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, which specializes in meditation.

Meditation for what?

And we were on verse number 27 we had finished and I think we're going to

go on to 29 onwards. So till now, Krishna has taught Arjuna the method of meditation. All the

preparation given by karma yoga, and then how to sit, the posture, the breathing, where to keep

your eyes, and then the withdrawal of the senses, and focus, and then deepening the meditation up to samadhi.
