qualifications. We call them Sadan Chathustay, the four-fold qualifications for Vedant, Vivek, Vyvehaka, Vairagya and so forth.

Vairagya means dispassion. That which is non-eternal, that which is not the ultimate goal, purpose, destiny of humanity, that you'll have to step aside from that in favor of spirituality, in favor of Vedanata.
