interviews I've had been around for some of these interviews I've had some interviews where they've just kind of left me on my own.

Yet in this one I guarantee you they can't leave me on my own. Why is that? Because my guest today is the one and only Ben Kenny.

Ben is here with me today and yeah is it an interview short an interview is it a

conversation yeah we've had many of these and we're going to do it again yet

Ben said to me, what do you want to ask? What do you want to talk about? What do you want to go over today?

we did an episode on accountability and we talked about a lot of other people being accountable.

We talked about a baseball pitcher and a no hitter or a perfect game situation.

We talked about a Navy SEAL and what he dealt with. We talked about

Elon Musk and the accountability. Yet I want to put you in the hot seat a little bit

Ben. I want to talk about accountability and Ben Kinney.
