Yeah, I'm in the island of Iskia. I was just talking to Charlie 10 minutes ago. She was saying there's rabbits all over in iskia

the way that you know grease in italy they got kitties everywhere oh she's saying keep an eye

peeled for the rabbits and i said you bring your i might be i might discover a rabbit that's been slow roasted in the oven all day long by the

nonas and served up with a little fetichini on the side and as soon as we finished recording today.

Is a rabbit pasta thing that people like? I have never thought about that before.

I get, I mean, you know, it's a reasonable thing here in iskia it's a small island that's very

coastal obviously seafood is king but then there's there's hills and mountains it kind of has like a

hawaiian like okay topography going on and it has that humidity and a little tropical energy

which is really cute and fun.

It's like if Hawaii was 18 hours away instead of four for me.

But if you go up into the hills and the mountains, you've got fresh porcini mushrooms and then the rabbits.

And then also they make some great wines here as well.

So I've been told you kind of combine it all together and you've got the Iskian one, two, three punch.

You get a little porcini, a little bunny rabbit, cooked three ways, wash it down with some wine.

Are there still Italians there, though?

There are Italians everywhere. Well, that kind of takes me out of the running then. Just wanted to make sure, because otherwise it sounds like paradise. Don't worry. There's tourists here as well. I've got, you know, we went over to, we're staying at a hotel that's right down the street, or I guess it's not, it an it's an hour I mean it's a mile away but

the mezzatore it's the the pelicano hotel group you know what I mean yeah yeah and we we went and

went over there and and had a little day pass and swam around and hit the been doing a lot of

thermal baths how do you feel the amount of thermal

bath time is it's good it's crazy you went to hold on is that when you is that when you put on your

vintage thermal shirt and get in a bathtub or is this something different it's very similar
