I learned about,

I got to see a little bit of Palermo yesterday

because I,

when I landed from London,

after a connection in Rome,

I got into a cab and told and physically showed the driver the address to where we were going.

And I obviously put my headphones on, started listening to a podcast, watching some reels.

Then I pull up the Google Maps app, just see where we're at, how much time we get left.

And the driver has gone 30 minutes in the wrong direction into the

city of palermo oh and then he tries to explain to me in italian that the road that our hotel on

goes far he's like oh i'm like yeah bro but i showed you the fucking number i know roads can go far

he was saying instead of going left,

heading west to your hotel along the coast, why don't we head east? And then it is an island.

So eventually it will loop around all the way. That literally is I was like, bro, it says turn around.
