try it and maybe you were consistent for some period of time, but it's still not quite something that you rely on.

Well, never fear, because what I want to do in today's episode is talk about

mindfulness meditation. I'm going to talk about what it is, why it matters, and how you can get yourself to do it, how you can actually practice it as a habit and as a routine. So definitely stick around till the end because you're not going to want to miss this episode. But before we jump into it, I've got a quick question. Have you been struggling to stick with pursuing any specific goals?

It really could be anything like maybe improving your fitness or eating healthier or saving more money.

I think we all sort of set goals, things that we want for ourselves,

but we struggle to either plan out how to do it or once we have the plan, we struggle to follow through and stick with it for the long term.

And that's the biggest reason why many of us don't actually make that much progress.

Without the support that we need to follow through it can be challenging to make things happen and that's where a coach can come in that's where a coach can help you

The problem is that coaches are extremely expensive. People tend to pay somewhere between

120 or $200 an hour or even more. Now, I don't know about you. Maybe you can afford that.
