Hello listeners. Now, before we start the episode properly I just want to say a big

thank you to all the people who wrote nice messages in response to the last episode which was all about the birth of our son, our new baby.

That was quite a personal episode of course.

I mean all my episodes are personal really to an extent but that one especially so since we were talking about

you know the new addition to the family but it was very nice to receive lots of messages from listeners in comments sections on various

platforms and by email and stuff. Lots of people basically said congratulations.

Some people wrote fairly long messages

with their own personal reflections,

memories of their own children being born

and just other nice comments basically so thank you very

much for those responses it was really nice to to read them we all appreciated

that you took the time to write those thoughtful messages.

So thank you very much. It's now, I guess what, about two and a half months after the baby

was born, two and a half months after he was born.

And you know I'm still I'm still standing here with the baby in the carrier.

Now he's not I don't always stand around with him in the the baby carrier
