Investing with a full-service company vs. doing it yourself are two very different experiences. I've done both, so I feel confident sharing my opinions.. there's a lot to consider when it comes to your resources, involvement, personality type, and what kind of experience you want to have. get financing how do I pull these things together how do I find contractors things together, how do I find contractors, how do I do it, right?

And so there's, as you know, there's a lot of moving parts in this process and we're going to talk about

DIY route. Now let me first kind of define what that is now a done for you full service real estate

company is what my company at Morris Invest does so I'm going to explain what that looks like and it's a little bit different

than you've probably heard the term thrown around like turn key or that sort of thing

and there's different thresholds there's different layers of this, okay? So at one layer, you have

DIY, right? You know, do it yourself. You're going to try to go out and you're going to

try to locate, maybe you work with a wholesaler, maybe you do some direct mail campaigns to try to find an off-market deal.

Maybe you bought some raw land and you're going to build a rental property on that land in a great
