Today we're going to be talking about the top 10 housing markets that you should

be avoiding in 2022.

These are housing markets that you're going to see in the mainstream media.

They're going to talk about these housing markets all the time because they're

talking about retail investors they're not talking about real estate investors those

people like you who are buying properties for

families to cash flow. Instead, they're going to be looking at those properties that have high appreciation,

great places for families to live,

but very often you're going to be overpaying for these properties.

There are a number of factors that are going into this data.

So before you invest in real estate,

obviously one of the most important decisions you have to make

before choosing a rental market is finding the right market.

And I always say on this show

You know, I don't in I like to invest in boring markets. You know, I like to invest in areas that aren't exciting that aren't flashy. They're not Las Vegas, they're not San Francisco, and why do I do that?

volatility, you know, then I don't have to deal with the volatility of some of these crazy
