These are housing markets that you're going to see in the mainstream media.

talking about retail investors they're not talking about real estate investors those

people like you who are buying properties for

families to cash flow. Instead, they're going to be looking at those properties that have high appreciation,

but very often you're going to be overpaying for these properties.

You know, I don't in I like to invest in boring markets. You know, I like to invest in areas that aren't exciting that aren't flashy. They're not Las Vegas, they're not San Francisco, and why do I do that?
