Now we are over the hill, but we've been a podcast that has evolved over the years through wellness and spirituality, personal growth. And I think one of the threads has been showing up

Yeah. And really so often like meeting ourselves where we are. So oftentimes we're bringing

all. And today is no different. Solo. I was on a podcast like last week and she's like,

what has it been like to evolve publicly? I'm like, sometimes I forget. I was like, what are you talking about? Like, I'm just like, whoa,

I think I'm grateful to have evolved, I guess, publicly. And I think in this conversation,

I was so inspired to talk about the nervous system and, you know,

understanding being in this space that there's kind of a cliche about it now a little bit

where people are talking about it so much. But I think what happens in my life quite often is

I hear about a topic or I understand something and then I have the embodied experience

of understanding it. And for me, that's kind of the way that I work

where I really have to experience something on my own and in my own life and in my own experience

to teach it or even talk about it. And we had had a conversation with someone on the nervous

system recently, which was really beautiful conversation.
