episode 84. I am so thrilled for today's interview. I've been really intrigued by the idea that we are energy that we vibrate we're affected by energy in

earlier episodes I interviewed a expert on EMF and how we're affected by electromagnetic fields around us.

And I began to think about how does sound affect us, how does music affect us? There's sound healing and music healing. So I sought out an

expert and I found an amazing one who is actually an award-winning musician, a healer, and author. Her name is Jill Mattson and she's here today to

teach us all about how we can use music and vibrations and sound to bring balance and healing to our body emotionally,

physically and spiritually.

Well, I'd love for you to just dive in and share a bit about you and how you became the Jill Mattson you are today.

Okay.

I've been a musician since I've been three or four years old and it's always been a

core of my life but in my midlife I was writing a book in autobiography of God and it was kind of a

spiritual quest. I at that time was a very conservative Christian and I decided to rewrite the Old Testament

from the viewpoint of God.

For example, if you're a person you can say,

why would God let people starve?

But if you were God, you could say,

hey, there's enough food to feed the world three times over, why won't you

share?
