It was really cool to be able to hang out with Dennis for a couple of evenings and we went

out and had some kava which was interesting.

I didn't really get any other effect from it but fantastic to be able to just shoot the

shit with somebody who is so insightful about consciousness, about the human interactions

He's definitely one of the leading ethno-botteness on the planet right now so it was a real

honor for us to be able to hang out and chat with him for a while.

It's been an interesting couple of days since I released the last podcast episode, sort of

special episode where I read the letter from the person who was dealing with the end

I just sort of, you know, I got that letter on my car and read it and was so moved by

it and saw that it was the intention was that I share it with you and so I did.
