we continue our conversation with Christie Hunter R. Scott.

Big changes. In our last episode we sat down and we met Christy Hunter R. Scott. She is the

author of the forthcoming book Begin Boldly, which is all about how women can take charge in

their lives she's also a Rhodes scholar and an overall genuine and amazing human being.

We talked all about her story so far, how she got to this point in her career

and why gender equity is such an important conversation for her.

And in this episode, we're going to be diving a little bit deeper.

We're going to be talking about her views on what she calls

strategic risk-taking.

That is, how can you rather than mitigating risk, which sounds

inherently negative, approach risk from a positive perspective, approach risk

from something that is considered, something that makes sense, and something

that you've thought through the obstacles and the outcomes.

We also talk about how to, once you've thought thought through it once you've made the plan

actually get started and how to actually take that first step how to in

Christie's words begin boldly so this is a phenomenal conversation, one that I had a lot of fun having.
