Hello and welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

I'm really glad that you tuned in today because look, we're at the end of November.

There's one more month left in this experience we'll call 2020, which probably didn't

go the way any of us thought that it would.

But I wanted to take some time today to talk about things that we can do to really

finish 2020 strong.

And look, for a lot of us this year has been a train wreck.

I never could have imagined what 2020 would look like.

You know, when I, when the year started, I was eight months, almost eight months pregnant.

And I saw 2020 going so radically different.

And for those of you that are new to the show, I had my first baby at the beginning of March.

And she died very quickly and unexpectedly just two weeks after she was born.

And we did not see that coming in the year from there just spiraled.

I think between going through that and going through that in a global pandemic and the quarantine

lasting so much longer than I could have ever imagined in the way that that impacted

business and impacted grief and impacted our families and everything else.
