You know, I've been a fan of yours for some time and I'm really glad that you were willing to come on a

workflow show because I just think the stuff you do is great. We've talked about you on the show

before actually a few times. I think we spoke about him on the Hazel show most recently.

Did you send some Hazel workflows?

Yeah, yeah, I did.

I was thrilled that you mentioned my half baked Hazel roll.

Okay.

Well, so if you're not familiar with UV, he's got this website UV's alco.com and UV is a

novelist in addition to many other talents. But the real reason we wanted him on the show was he

makes these outstanding little short

videos and you how did you get into right to making these videos?

Yeah it really is a kind of me stumbling my way through it.

Originally when I was getting my masters in creative writing,

I had to give a lecture and I had a bit of stage fright.

So I figured, well, maybe I could see if I pre-record half of the

lecture I could get away with not having to perform live and it turned out it was so much fun just trying to cobble together a

presentation with keynote and recording some audio and little animation tricks to entertain

the audience that I got hooked on doing it and every round I just try to force myself to learn some new trick or try it a different way.
