I think they're kind of different. We're going to do a whole other episode on shame and how maybe

shame is not a bad thing, but what it's trying to tell you, but today's about regret.

And I view regret as like

shame is more like the feelings that you tend to take on when you or your identity as bad.

But regret is when you just wish you would have made a different choice. You would have made a

different decision or you wish you would have done something differently. And we, as business owners, cause ourselves so much pain, expend so much energy,

wishing we could change things that we cannot, change things from the past.

We have regret over, oh, I should have done this differently.
