So on this modern craft and Monday we actually have one of my younger brothers he's

an identical twin Toby better race yeah actually the rest of my brothers are

kind of funny looking.

But he is a mechanic or a technician,

and he hops on to kind of talk about the parallels

of what he does and what we do in the issues within the industry

and kind of limitations on growth within the industry and I feel like it was a

pretty good conversation.

It was nice to have somebody on, you know,

outside of the construction world.

So it'd be interesting to hear what you guys think about it

and how it relates to us in the industry

and hopefully we help, I don't know bring some you guys will enjoy it.

So today we have on Toby Grace, who's my younger brother. He went, well why don't you

tell us a little bit about your path to where you are. So why we brought you on is

because you're in the trades and we want to have a little bit of a different perspective of trades, not just construction, not just carpentry. So you're a mechanic, a technician, you've worked on over the road trucks,

and now you're working on heavy equipment,

I guess all sorts of equipment.

So I guess maybe if you just touch on your path

to getting there, you know, is this what you knew

what you wanted to do?

Do you have direction in high school?
