A lot has changed in the world of real estate over the past few years given a pandemic.

Altering demographics as we have migrations out of big cities.

We have offices closing.

We have tourism drying up in many towns that relied on large multifamily housing and

air B&Bs and it's all changed.

Like all the rules, a lot of the rules have gotten thrown out, but I will say, as we were saying in the pre-show today, one thing that hasn't changed though is that people will always need a place to live, right? People will always need a place to live.

We might not always need an office space, but you're always going to need a place to live.
