Serenity Prayer

God, grant me the serenity

to accept the things I cannot change,

In today's episode, I'm talking about seven habits to more serenity, and I really think

1:20.6

how to get yourself grounded again. It's very simple. It's God grant me the serenity to accept

1:28.1

1:51.4

that I have fallen back on over the years for my own piece of mind. It just reminds me

1:58.8

where I can go. I need to accept and accept those things that are out of my control.

2:06.7

2:14.8

and to have the courage to change the things that we can, often we're doing the complete opposite.

2:20.9

We're chasing after and working on changing things that are totally out of our limits,

2:27.3

and then we are afraid of making small changes within our own little lives that we really could do,

2:34.0

and of course the key there is always the wisdom to know the difference between those two.
