I'm Clayton Morris, longtime real estate investor,

and I learned the hard way trying to do everything

myself over the years you know that's one thing you you can't do in life and you

cannot do it in real estate investing is trying to do everything yourself on

today's show we're gonna talk about working with a team

and the importance of having a real estate investing team all around you. In fact, I

reference this book quite a bit. Robert Kiosaki, he wrote a book called Better Than Money,

which is The Team. The Team is better than having money. By having the lawyers, by having

your accountants, by having your property management team, by having your construction team, by having any advisors around you, surrounding yourself with smart people.

Right, that's the key to success. Surround yourself with smart people. Steve know, Steve Jobs once famously said who, you know, he was pretty smart himself, but his goal was he wanted to hire these smartest people. He wanted the absolute smartest people around him to make the decisions for him, right?

Making the engineering decisions, the design decisions, having the smartest engineers.

That's the key. Surround yourself with those people and that's

how you can lead to success. One of the biggest mistakes new investors make is that

they try to do it all alone. They try to do it totally by themselves. So I'm going to
