Hey guys, welcome to a special Mother's Day edition of the Sunday pep talk. It is Mother's Day

here in the U.S. and as a mama of four and a foster mama of four as well, it feels like a

really special day to celebrate the work that we all do as moms.

So today's pep talk is for the mammas.

For the women who show up day after day, night after night, no matter how tired, how overwhelmed

or how unappreciated they might feel.
