Thank you. The Splend Table from APM. In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Splendid Table this year, we are taking the show on the road.

Over the course of the year, we'll be recording from seven cities all around the country.

And we were so excited to get it all kicked off with WFY in Indianapolis.

I'd never been there before.

And honestly, the only thing I knew about its food scene was St. Elmo, a steakhouse famous

for a shrimp cocktail with, like, a thermonuclear amount of horseradish.

And I have to say, it was an experience to feel the back of my head vibrating with every bite.

But then, I had dinner at a modern kind of diner called Borage. That was so good.

I came back for lunch before flying out of town. I also met two young bakers who are carrying on a

dear mentor's legacy, and I got to hang out with a husband and wife restaurant tour team, passionate
