Hello and welcome to Almost 30 podcast. My name is Chris Williams, and I am almost 30 on the other side.

The podcast was started by my best friend and I when we were almost 30 on our closet floors.

they were like, it's so hard. And I said, you guys don't work hard, but I do. And then I did a book and I said, I need help. This is so hard. You guys were right. So it was a very hard experience. completely out of whack. I had been pushing myself to the limit, living in New York City,

before I was in Los Angeles, to be the thinnest version of me that I ever was. I was going to two sole cycle classes a day,

walking 10,000 plus steps,
