Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 812. Now, in today's episode,

0:25.1

we're talking about using your emotional wounds to be able to take you through the tough times,

0:34.9

which kind of sounds a little bit weird because sometimes we're in pain,

0:39.3

sometimes we're having anger, sadness, fear, guilt, heart, frustration. Sometimes we're going through

0:46.3

economic crisis. Sometimes we are in a bad breakup. Sometimes people have left us, like passed on or moved on. So there's

2:00.0

It happens. But we don't want to repress

2:04.5

it. You see, the more you repress negative emotions or conflict, it becomes more conflicted.

2:12.8

It becomes actually stronger. We can bury it as much as possible, but it's always going to be there.

2:19.0

Wherever you go, you go there, right? Same thing with your emotions. You can try to repress them,

2:24.8

but they're always going to be there. So that's not going to be helpful. And also, we know

2:29.7

just on a biological level, anger, sadness, fear, guilt, heart and frustration isn't physically good for the body.
