today's episode, we've got a guest. Welcome to the show, Tyler McCrae. Hey, thanks for having me.

Well, I mean, you've got a great story to tell Tyler, so we're really happy to have you here.

Tell us a little bit about yourself. Yeah, so I just want to start out by saying, thanks for having me here, guys.

You know, I'm just a random guy that lives in a really small town in Arkansas. So

just a pleasure to be here and chat with you today. You know, I'm a husband to a lovely wife.

I have four children. And that's just a little bit about my background. But I've worked at a church

currently. So I'm the music minister at a church here in Arkansas, and so that's my day job.

And I never really had much to do with automation and technology as I was growing up.

And so really, when I got into technology, you know, I got my first iPhone way back

in, I guess, 2013. And so I just didn't really have a lot to do with technology. Didn't have a

computer much growing up. And anyways, as I got into my degree in college, I just have a biology degree.

Again, nothing related to computer work or automations or technology.

And so when I got my first job, I actually started my career in a manufacturing business as a

continuous improvement coordinator.

And so through that, I found that I had an interest in data analytics.

A lot of things there at the facility was done in things like Microsoft Excel.

So there were many processes that were really manual, either paper or just stuck in an Excel file somewhere.

And so anyways, I've really learned about Microsoft Excel and data analytics.

And through some of that, realized that there was opportunity to automate processes using technology with things like visual basic scripts and things like that. And so that was
