Gymnastics Galore Excerpt:
It was a sunny afternoon on Ahway Island, and Alice was feeling especially excited. She had invited her cousin Allie to join her at the big gym for the first time. Alice loved the gym, and she couldn’t wait to show Allie around. She knew Allie had been taking classes at the school – but the school didn’t have all the equipment that the gym did.

Alice twirled her hair into a neat bun, grabbed her gym bag, put on her shoes, and stepped out the door to wait on the front porch for her ride. The sound of a car pulling up signaled its arrival. Her uncle, Allie’s dad, waved to her from the front seat. Alice quickly hopped in the car, set her bag on the seat next to her, and buckled her seatbelt.
Today’s Meditation: Relax as you imagine you are a baby penguin snuggled close to its papa.

pretending you are breathing fire like a dragon.

Ready? Deep breath in and out. As you breathe out, feel every inch of your body beginning to relax.
