So today I'm going to talk about raising your standards.

I'll just get right into it.

Seeing your standards for yourself, the standards not so much for how you demand other people

to treat you the respect that you expect from other people, but rather for what you demand

of yourself.

And I just I see so many people skip to raising their standards for others and how they want

to be treated by them, but they just kind of entirely skip setting standards for themselves,

which I think are the most important ones you can set in your life.

So I'm going to talk about this.

I'm going to talk about how I think you can set them.

I think it's really, really simple, but we do tend to skip this step.

So very excited to chat a little bit about this real quick before I get into it.
